Error Description:

The Print head is stuck in the tilted position

Solution:

1.Reboot the printer 2.Check for cracks in the print head restraints. 3.Check for spilled ink in printer. 4.Check to make sure wiper blade is not stuck to the face of the print head if so, free wiper blade. 5.Check the DM Cam Shaft for cracks. If cracked replace Cam Shaft. 6.Check Process Motor for damages as well as Process Motor Mounting Stubs. If damaged replace. 7.If Problem persists,replace the following parts. DM Cam Shaft (Part # 020K14801) Process Motor (Part # 050K12670) Print Head Restraints (Part # 120E29150 & 120E29160)
